ISMOPH Registration
Registration fees include:

- Access to the Exhibition Hall
- One service of tea/coffee and working lunch on 9th and 10th February 2015

Please note that registration for ISMOPH does NOT include registration for the main 14th World Congress on Public Health from 11-15 February,2015. ISMOPH participants wishing to attend the Congress should register separately for that.

*Trainees and Students will need to carry a certificate from the Head of Department or Institution confirming their status.
The offline form can be downloaded by clicking here. Please download, fill and courier it to the address indicated on the form, along with demand draft for the registration fee. Please remember to write your name in block letters on the back of the bank draft.
