ISMOPH 2015, an international event for students at different stages of their educational endeavors from different disciplines of public health, including modern medicine, nursing, social sciences, veterinary sciences, environmental sciences, dentistry, alternative medicines and others, will serve as a platform to bring together students to study, strengthen, and advocate for “Healthy People- Healthy Environment”.

In order to tap the vast reserve potential of young students all over the world, this year we will be focusing on a variety of public health topics ranging from workshops on social determinants of health to concerns of geriatric population, satellite sessions on important public health challenges and career marts.

The aim of ISMOPH 2015 is to create an opportunity for students from across the globe to meet each other, to share their thoughts, to analyze global health disparities, to showcase their work to like-minded individuals from international participants and to network with experienced public health professionals of repute.

We feel excited and happy to influence the next generation of leaders who will be shaping the future of public health. We hope that ISMOPH will offer a fitting prelude to the World Congress and create a meet place and colloquium that caters to their diversity and intellectual, professional, collaboration, and capacity building needs.

It is an honour for us to invite all the young professionals interested in public health and related subjects and we assure that it will be a novel and refreshing experience for each participant.

Hope to see you all at Science City, Kolkata on 9th and 10th February, 2015.
